pinnacle suites was a real treat! it's right on the high street and super close to the ferry terminal. the deluxe single room had everything, from bath robes to a smart TV. the bar serves unique cocktails and their drink-serving robot is such a fun touch. can't wait to visit again!
the only downside was wanting a kettle for tea.

The room was outfitted comfortably, with amenities like a coffee machine that added a bit of convenience to the stay. The sea view from the room provided a nice backdrop, enhancing the overall ambiance.
A few drawbacks were hard to ignore. There was only a coffee machine available without a kettle, meaning no real option for tea, and a fridge would have been handy for cold water and milk. The lack of openable windows limited airflow, which can be a dealbreaker for those who like fresh air. With building work ongoing, some cleanliness issues were noticeable, and the bar noise kept me awake late into the night. Finally, the lift was painfully slow—a hassle for anyone in a hurry.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Red Jet terminal, making it perfect for travelers needing quick access to transport.
The room lacked a fridge, which would have been useful for keeping drinks cold and storing milk for coffee.

stylish stay with minor room concerns
The room had great toiletries stylish decor and a coffee maker that made my stay comfortable. I loved the attention to detail in the design and found it refreshing to have a pool area for relaxation. The view of the city from my window added to the overall ambiance of the stay.
I did find the room lacked a fridge which would have been helpful for my visit.

The room felt super high-end with some really smart touches, and the check-in process at the bar was quick and easy, even though it was closed during my stay. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and had a peaceful moment in the garden area. It would be nice to have window access for fresh air, but that didn’t change my positive vibe at all! 😊

I stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room for 1 night. It was super clean and the bed was really comfy with great quality linen. The blackout blinds worked wonders, and I didn't hear any noise from the busy high street outside. Really nice touches like good toiletries were a nice bonus!
